Impregnation Services are available when you come to Space Seal. We offer professional impregnation that is carried out to a high standard by our team of highly skilled operatives and we pride ourselves on our high standards of service.

Impregnation is a vacuum and pressure process that is suitable for the treatment of metal. Here at Space Seal, we offer impregnation for all ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as brass, mild steel, plastic and sinter parts. It may surprise you to know that we can also impregnate parts that are machined, painted, anodised, alcocromed or cast.

Impregnation Services are carried out using a vacuum pressure process that seals micro porosity within casting walls. We use PC504/66 sealant and a rotating water cascade process with recyclable sealant in our processing plant. We are able to process parts up to 2 tonne and up to a diameter of 1300mm.
