Vacuum Pressure Impregnation
Vacuum Pressure Impregnation seals micro porosity within casting walls to ensure that the casting doesn't leak fluids when it comes under pressure. This method is also used to prevent gases from being trapped within the castings before painting or treating the surface. This process can be applied to almost all non-ferrous and ferrous metals and other materials including brass, mild steel, plastic and sinter parts. Here at Space Seal we can also process parts that are machined, painted, anodisied or cast.
